Project Manager/Senior Project Manager
Salary: $130,000 - $175,000+ (DOE) + 21 days PTO + Bonuses + Travel Allowance+ 401k + Medical Benefits

You will be a key member in the team, leading on-site. Your responsibilities will include running subcontractor meetings, overseeing a team, and carrying out RFI's and submittals.

The role:
- Overseeing assigned projects.
- Leading a team including APM's.
- Proposals, RFIs and reading plans.
The Person:
- Previous experience as a project manager.
- Previous experience in garden-style apartments/multi-family/retail projects.
- US work Authorization.
